Shipping charges

Shipping is charged separately from the merchandise price. Review the shipping charge shown at checkout, or request a shipping quotation for a sample or bulk order before confirming your purchase.

Delivery arrangements

For questions about delivery availability, dispatch arrangements or an estimated delivery timeframe, contact us with the items, quantities and destination address. For custom production and bulk orders, shipping arrangements should be confirmed in the order quotation or contract.

Registration coupon

The US$20 registration coupon applies to merchandise and does not include free shipping. Shipping charges remain payable separately.

Sample fees and sample shipping

Sample fees and sample shipping fees can be credited toward a later bulk order when the contract is signed, including bulk orders for different styles. The credit amount is agreed and recorded in the bulk-order contract as a deduction from the amount payable, rather than a cash refund.
